Our support is second to none and we carry out a comprehensive Home Visit so that new hosts can understand exactly what we do, how we do it and what is expected of them. We ensure we cover all the legal aspects – so that hosting is safe and enjoyable for everyone involved. It doesn’t stop there either, as our Coordinators are always on hand to look after the hosts, students and leaders from for every group we accommodate. As experienced host themselves, they know exactly how it feels when you first start hosting – and will be with you every step of the way. As each group is run in exactly the same way then, once you have hosted one group, It all becomes a piece of cake.

"The recruitment process was very good. The home visit was friendly and relaxed and the pack is useful and contains great tips for meals etc. I'm very happy with the allocating process too, as allocations are generally done with plenty of notice and advance notice of any food preferences or allergies.

I host for both Melksham and Trowbridge centres and the coordinators all work in the same way and are approachable, friendly and supportive."
