Our Trowbridge Team

Each of the School groups is assigned a Coordinator who will look after the students, teachers and host families throughout the stay. As experienced hosts, they are there to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to help if you have any problems or queries. The Coordinators for Trowbridge - Pauline and Haydn Briggs - are long-standing hosts with a wealth of experience and, as such, you will always be guaranteed great support throughout the stay! After more than 10 years of coordinating, they still pride themselves on achieving Excellent feedback from all their groups each year – and we are all delighted that 2024 has been no different to previous years!

Jo Cass is our part-time Operations Manager. She deals with all aspects of the business and at the beginning of each season will be contacting all our Trowbridge hosts to ascertain their non-availability, so that she can allocate the students to available hosts.

Vanessa Long is our Social Media guru. She posts and answers queries on our Facebook, Instagram and Next Door pages, and helps with placements and recruitment for the Trowbridge centre.

Tammy, Jess and Pauline are our Trowbridge Group Administrators. As we receive information from our agents about the forthcoming groups, they will send our hosts the allocation emails, programmes and information about allergies. Our Group Administrators play a key role in ensuring everything is well organised before the groups even arrive!
