Melksham

Our Melksham centre was established in 2014 and from 2020 will host up to 2 coaches per week. The high quality of hosts and staff has ensured that, like Trowbridge, it has become a firm favourite with the group leaders – many of whom book time and time again – and are never disappointed.

Our Melksham Team

Jo Cass is our Area Manager and, as such, is responsible for Administration, Coordinating and Recruitment for the Melksham centre. She will look after the students, teachers and host families throughout the stay and, as an experienced host, will be there to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Jo will be readily available to help at any time, if you have any problems or queries.

With so many groups wishing to travel to our centres in 2020, our Melksham team has recently expanded to include Mandi Markwick as our 2^nd Coordinator and Mel Tierney as Administrator. They will be helping Jo with placements and recruitment, so expect to hear from Mandi and Mel with details about your students and to explain how we work.

The Meeting Point for the Melksham groups is the King Street Car Park, Melksham SN12 6HB (close to the Town Centre.)

Interested in becoming a Melksham Host? You must be able to:

Provide a spare room – no sharing with your own family
Take a minimum of 2 students (max 4) or adults (no maximum) in single beds, bunk beds or double beds
Provide an “English Experience” breakfast, packed lunch & evening meal, as per our guidelines
Drop your students to the Melksham Meeting Point by 7.45am latest
Collect your students again at around 6.30pm (or later)
Provide a clean and comfortable environment
Enjoy interacting with your students
